- Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic services via secure online platforms, addressing individual client requirements.
- Partner with clients to establish therapeutic goals, offering ongoing support and guidance during their treatment journey.
- Employ various therapeutic methods customized to clients' preferences and objectives.
- Maintain precise and timely records of therapy sessions and client progress.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
- Possess a Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients in a remote setting.
- Demonstrated empathy and compassion for clients' experiences and challenges.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle therapy sessions and documentation.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, depending on caseload.
