Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative – Property & Casualty at arenaflex, you will be the trusted voice that guides customers through insurance options, processes enrollments, and ensures every interaction reflects our commitment to authenticity, empathy, and expertise. Essential Qualifications

  • Active resident license to sell Property & Casualty insurance in the United States.
  • U.S. residency or a valid U.S. mailing address.
  • High school diploma or GED; additional education in insurance, finance, or related fields is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish/English is highly desirable and eligible for a differential bonus.
  • Demonstrated passion for helping others and a patient, empathetic demeanor.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
