Position Overview: Remote Customer Service Representative

- Booking Management: Assist customers with flight bookings, modifications, cancellations, and special requests with precision and efficiency
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and complex travel challenges effectively, ensuring positive outcomes and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Documentation Accuracy: Meticulously document and update customer information and case details in our CRM systems

Qualifications & Experience
Essential Requirements
