Role Overview: Customer Experience Transformation Consultant

This strategic position at arenaflex places you at the intersection of customer experience, digital transformation, and pre-sales excellence. You'll be instrumental in supporting the delivery of pivotal pre-sales initiatives that showcase our capabilities while providing tangible value to prospective clients. Your expertise will help elevate existing proposals and capture client attention through targeted assessments, process optimization, and innovative customer experience strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pre-Sales Excellence: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide exceptional pre-sales support, crafting compelling solution demonstrations and persuasive proposal preparations that highlight arenaflex's unique value proposition
  • Assessment Leadership: Lead and design specialized assessments to identify pain-points and opportunities within prospects' targeted processes, functions, or customer journeys, providing actionable insights that drive decision-making
  • Journey Mapping Expertise: Conduct detailed customer journey mapping to identify critical touchpoints and opportunities for improvement, developing comprehensive recommendations across people, process, and technology dimensions
  • CX Innovation: Design and execute cutting-edge customer experience and mystery shopping initiatives that assess and elevate the customer experience, delivering data-driven insights that inform strategic improvements
  • Insight Generation: Analyze complex customer feedback data, generate meaningful insights, and recommend targeted improvements or innovations aligned with arenaflex's service and product offerings
  • Benchmarking Excellence: Work closely with cross-functional teams to benchmark existing client and prospect practices, customer experience strategies, and operating models, providing strategic insights and opportunities for enhancement
  • Facilitation Leadership: Lead dynamic workshops and co-innovation sessions with clients and prospects to surface improvement opportunities and develop actionable plans aligned with targeted business objectives
  • Native Development: Assist in the creation and development of a compelling transformation narrative tailored for targeted clients and prospects, positioning arenaflex as the partner of choice
  • Client Engagement: Deliver high-impact client-facing consulting engagements and assessments independently, building trust and demonstrating your expertise

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field from an accredited institution
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in customer experience management, process improvement, or consulting, with specific focus on customer journey mapping and pre-sales support
  • Analytical Mastery: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies, capable of translating complex data into actionable business insights
  • Project Leadership: Demonstrated ability to effectively manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams to successful completion
  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences
  • Strategic Implementation: Proven experience in designing and implementing tailored customer experience and pre-sales strategies that drive measurable results
