Key Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Remote Chat Operator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for

• Providing exceptional customer support through live chat on our clients' websites and social media accounts
• Responding to incoming customer support questions and sales inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Following provided scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy in your responses
• Working independently to manage your workload and meet performance targets
• Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions What You'll Need To succeed in this role, you'll need
• A device with reliable internet access (phone, tablet, or laptop)
• The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Strong communication and typing skills
• The ability to follow provided steps and instructions closely
• A minimum of 10 hours availability per week
