Business Area Manager Nord (m/w/d) Als Business Area Manager sind Sie der zentrale Treiber für die Transformation hin zu einem modernen, datenbasierten, omnichannel-fähigen Key-Account-System und verantworten die regionale Geschäftsentwicklung, Zielerreichung sowie den Aufbau eines leistungsstarken Vertriebsteams. Hauptaufgaben Sie sind verantwortlich für die regionale Geschäftsentwicklung und Zielerreichung sowie den Aufbau eines leistungsstarken Vertriebsteams. Sie übersetzen Unternehmensziele in klare regionale Prioritäten und fördern datenbasiertes, bedarfsorientiertes Arbeiten. Sie coachen und entwickeln Ihr Team, setzen klare Leistungsstandards und fördern eine Kultur von Ownership und Zusammenarbeit. Sie unterstützen die Account Manager durch strategische Perspektive, Priorisierung und Ressourcenklärung, ohne deren operative Verantwortung zu übernehmen. Sie arbeiten eng und cross-funktional mit Medical, Market Access, Marketing und weiteren Abteilungen zusammen, um kundenorientierte Lösungen zu gestalten. Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder gleichwertige Qualifikation gemäß § 75 AMG Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder Marketing verschreibungspflichtiger Arzneimittel Nachweisbare Führungserfahrung inkl. Coaching, Performance-Management und Talententwicklung Sicheres Verständnis des deutschen Gesundheitssystems sowie Erfahrung in Matrix- und cross-funktionalen Teams Hohe Datenkompetenz und Erfahrung mit CRM-, BI-Tools und Omnichannel-Logiken Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Einflusskompetenz sowie strategisches Denkvermögen Bevorzugte Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten Erfahrung in Transformationsprozessen und Einführung neuer Arbeitsweisen (z.
