Skills

  • Must be located in the United States
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable learning and using new software applications
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Windows 11 PC required (Macs, Chromebooks, and tablets are not supported)
  • USB headset and hard-wired internet connection required
  • Quiet and professional home workspace
  • Ability to pass a technical system compatibility check
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
