Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, changes, and special requests.
  • Resolve passenger concerns regarding luggage, flight delays, and other travel-related issues.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about Delta Airlines’ policies, schedules, and procedures.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate teams while ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service processes and standards. Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computers, software applications, and online communication tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience
  • Previous customer service or support experience is preferred, ideally in the travel, airline, or hospitality industry.
  • Experience in remote or virtual work environments is an advantage. Working Hours
  • Flexible scheduling with options for full-time or part-time remote shifts.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required depending on business needs. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Knowledge of airline operations, ticketing systems, and travel regulations (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse customers.
  • Ability to handle sensitive or escalated situations with professionalism.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of managing time efficiently in a remote setting.
