About the Role

Our client is seeking a driven and customer-focused Remote Sales Specialist to join their expanding team, operating entirely remotely across the US. This role is critical in driving adoption and revenue for their innovative SaaS products. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of SaaS business models, and a passion for helping clients leverage technology to achieve their business objectives. This is a remote-first position, designed for individuals who are self-motivated, highly organized, and thrive in a virtual work environment. You will work closely with customer success and product teams to provide a seamless experience for clients. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who can build strong relationships and consistently contribute to the company's growth from anywhere in the United States. Your remote presence will be key to maintaining and expanding our client's customer base.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and nurture a portfolio of assigned SaaS clients, ensuring strong relationships and high satisfaction. Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base. Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to understand their evolving needs and goals. Effectively communicate the value of new features, updates, and related products to clients. Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth client transitions and proactive issue resolution. Meet and exceed revenue targets for retention, upsells, and cross-sells. Provide product expertise and guidance to clients, helping them maximize their use of the SaaS platform. Gather client feedback and relay it to product and marketing teams to inform future development. Maintain accurate client records and sales activities within the CRM system. Contribute to the development of best practices for remote client engagement and sales processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 2-4 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success within a SaaS environment. Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive revenue growth through upsells and cross-sells. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively from a remote location. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with sales enablement tools. A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and achieve goals with minimal supervision. Passion for technology and a strong understanding of SaaS solutions. Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and proactively address client needs. Must be authorized to work in the US and comfortable working in a fully remote setup.
