• Position Overview

As an Airbnb Guest Service and Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing excellent customer service, troubleshooting issues, and driving sales. You will serve as a key liaison between customers and Airbnb, assisting them in finding ideal accommodations and ensuring they have a pleasant experience throughout the booking and stay process.
*Responsibilities
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable accommodation options based on their preferences and budget.
Drive sales by offering additional services and add-on products such as itinerary planning, transportation arrangements, etc.
Assist customers with booking, cancellations, and refunds, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
Maintain customer relationships, regularly follow up on customer satisfaction, address complaints, and provide ongoing support.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Basic understanding of customer service and sales processes, with problem-solving abilities.
Ability to adapt to different work environments and customer needs, and remain calm and patient under pressure.
Strong team player, able to collaborate effectively with the team to achieve team goals.
Prior experience or training in customer service and sales fields is preferred.
