[Remote] Marketing Representative - North /South Carolina Territory – Commercial Insurance

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ascendant Insurance Solutions is a Florida-based licensed MGA specializing in commercial lines insurance products. They are seeking a qualified Commercial Lines Insurance Marketing Representative to grow the North /South Carolina territories by exceeding sales goals through effective pipeline management and engagement with insurance agencies.

Responsibilities

• The primary responsibility of the Marketing Representative is to grow the North /South Carolina territories in Florida by exceeding sales goals through successful pipeline management, including prospecting and engaging insurance agencies to identify specific classes of business, such as commercial auto, general liability, and workers' compensation, for which we provide coverage
• To do so, they will use strategies and techniques, including but not limited to e-mail and phone prospecting, online and face-to-face presentations, and world-class consultative service
• We will provide comprehensive, in-depth training and ongoing support to ensure your success in this role
• Marketing Reps are expected to participate in monthly networking events, conventions, and some travel may be necessary

Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in the Commercial Insurance Industry (Workers' Compensation, General Liability, Commercial Auto, and Garage Liability Coverages)
• Bilingual, English /Spanish (Required)
• Possess effective written and verbal communication skills
• Must be a strong relationship builder and highly motivated
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from peers, senior managers, and or the Executive team
• Excellent time management skills
• Valid Carolina Driver's License. (Required)
• 4-year degree (preferred but not required)
• Bilingual, English /Spanish (preferred but not required)
