Responsibilities

• Assist clients with vacation planning, travel reservations, cruise bookings, hotel accommodations, and travel packages
• Provide professional customer service through phone, email, chat, and online communication platforms
• Answer questions regarding destinations, travel options, pricing, and available travel services
• Help clients update reservations, modify travel arrangements, and manage itinerary changes
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and travel bookings
• Follow up with clients before, during, and after travel to ensure a positive customer experience
• Research travel options and provide recommendations based on client preferences and budgets
• Support customers by resolving concerns and delivering timely solutions
• Stay informed on travel supplier updates, destination information, and travel industry trends
