[Remote] AI Transformation Program Manager- US, West Coast

Algomarketing is a global team of marketing experts specializing in technology and SaaS, and they are seeking an AI Transformation Program Manager. This role involves overseeing the AI rollout across shared services, focusing on media and marketing operations, while ensuring coordination, governance, and accountability across multiple workstreams during a critical launch phase.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end coordination across all transformation workstreams, keeping interdependencies visible and teams aligned on shared goals
- Establish and maintain consistent milestone tracking, reporting, and accountability mechanisms across every team involved in the initiative
- Run centralized program communications and scheduling, serving as the single source of truth for status, timelines, and stakeholder updates
- Anticipate and address change management needs as the program scales, helping teams adopt new AI-enabled ways of working
Skills
- Demonstrated experience in marketing operations or media operations, ideally within a large, complex organization
- Strong, practical AI skillset, with the ability to evaluate, apply, and guide adoption of AI tools and workflows
- Proven program or project management track record across cross-functional teams and concurrent workstreams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable driving accountability across teams you do not directly manage
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
- Experience supporting organizational change initiatives is strongly preferred
