RBW Consulting is a rapidly growing environmental services organization seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new revenue and build long-term client partnerships. This role involves owning the full sales cycle, developing new business strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to align growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
  • Develop and execute a targeted new business strategy
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across technical and commercial teams
  • Qualify and prioritise high-value opportunities
  • Deliver compelling proposals and close deals with confidence
  • Stay visible in the market, tracking trends, competitors, and client needs
  • Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to align growth initiatives

Skills

  • Minimum 5 years' B2B sales or business development experience, ideally selling in lab services/environmental testing/wastewater
  • Proven track record in securing new business
  • Strong pipeline generation and management skills
  • Comfortable engaging both technical and commercial stakeholders
  • Environmental, laboratory, engineering, or compliance-led services
  • Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
