[Remote] Customer Success Manager

The Remote Customer Success Manager will be responsible for owning a portfolio of customer accounts, onboarding new customers, and providing ongoing support to ensure they achieve measurable value from the company's solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Owning a portfolio of customer accounts and ensuring they achieve measurable value from our solutions
  • Onboard new customers, guide them through implementation, and provide ongoing support and best practices to help them meet their business goals
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews, respond to inquiries, and proactively identify risks or opportunities to improve customer experience and retention
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to escalate issues, share customer feedback, and advocate for features that improve the overall offering
  • Analyze usage data and customer health metrics to develop action plans that increase adoption, renewals, and customer satisfaction

Skills

  • Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to manage expectations and resolve issues effectively
  • Experience driving Customer Retention by identifying risks, creating success plans, and leading renewal or expansion conversations
  • Proven Relationship Building abilities, with a track record of becoming a trusted partner to stakeholders at varying levels
  • Solid Analytical Skills to interpret customer data, usage trends, and feedback, and to translate insights into clear recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical or complex concepts in a clear, concise way
  • Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced setting, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Previous experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing role in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
