[Remote] Enterprise Account Executive - LATAM Brazil
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Zoom Communications, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales of their Zoom Workplace Platform in Latin America. The role involves engaging with existing customers and new prospects, selling the full Zoom platform to organizations with over 5,000 employees, while contributing to the growth of collaborative technology in the region.
Responsibilities
- Identifying, developing, and expanding business opportunities with new and existing accounts
- Following up on inbound leads to drive upsell opportunities and strengthen customer relationships
- Delivering compelling demos, presentations, proposals, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Building trusted relationships with C-suite decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Navigating transactional sales cycles and managing strategic sales campaigns
- Qualifying leads, assessing customer needs, and engaging technical resources as needed
- Managing quotes, proposals, and contract negotiations effectively
Skills
- 8+ years of sales experience in a technology company
- Have verbal and written fluency in Portuguese and English, Spanish fluency a plus
- Have experience selling UCaaS/CCaaS (CX) solutions
- Have experience prospecting net new logos, developing and maintaining business within existing accounts and managing complex sales situations
- Have experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Campaigns, AI, and BI tools
