Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AQRA International is seeking an experienced and driven Land Development Project Manager to join their clients' teams. The role involves overseeing the planning, design, and execution of wastewater treatment and infrastructure projects, contributing to the development of sustainable water solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all phases of Site/Civil/ Land Development infrastructure projects, from initial concept through project completion
  • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders
  • Oversee the preparation of design drawings, specifications, and technical reports
  • Ensure all projects comply with Florida Permitting and industry standards
  • Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to schedule and budget
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery
  • Manage client relationships and provide regular updates on project status
  • Assist in business development activities, including preparing proposals and participating in client meetings

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience managing Land Development/ Site Civil Projects or infrastructure projects
  • Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar projects
  • Strong knowledge of Land Development, Site/ Civil processes, design and permitting
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Experience in design-build or alternative project delivery methods
  • Familiarity with environmental permitting processes
  • Business development or client relationship management experience
