The AI Product Manager will define and drive the product roadmap for AI-powered products, transforming how staffing and recruiting firms operate by leveraging AI technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Understanding, articulating, and translating staffing and recruiting workflow challenges into AI-powered product opportunities, identifying where automation, orchestration, and AI-driven decision support can deliver measurable customer value
  • Developing, publishing, and maintaining a living roadmap for AI products and capabilities. Continuously prioritizing and re-prioritizing based on customer input, market needs, stakeholder feedback, product performance, and the rapidly evolving AI landscape
  • Identifying opportunities where AI can automate high-volume work, improve recruiter productivity, reduce operational friction, and drive measurable business outcomes for staffing firms
  • Partnering closely with customers to understand how recruiters, sales teams, operations teams, and managers actually work, then translating those insights into products that fit real-world staffing workflows and operational constraints
  • Partnering with Product Owners, Architects, Data Scientists, UX Designers, and Developers to drive AI product development. Defining milestones, success metrics, and customer outcomes before work begins
  • Driving rapid iteration cycles for AI-powered products, validating assumptions quickly, learning from customer behavior and usage patterns, and continuously improving products based on real-world feedback and results
  • Leading cross-functional launch activities, ensuring Marketing, Sales, Support, and Professional Services are prepared and aligned. Identifying dependencies across teams and proactively resolving blockers before they become delays
  • Partnering with Product Marketing to define the go-to-market strategy, messaging, and positioning for AI capabilities, translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling customer value
  • Continuously monitoring product health indicators including adoption, customer engagement, workflow impact, support metrics, customer feedback, and AI performance indicators. Synthesizing these inputs to drive ongoing roadmap decisions and product investments
  • Staying current on emerging AI capabilities, tooling, and product patterns, continuously evaluating how advances in AI can create competitive advantage and operational transformation for Bullhorn customers

Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in a Product Management role with an enterprise B2B SaaS product company
  • Strong interest in AI-powered workflow transformation, automation, and operational systems, with a practical mindset for how AI can improve the way people work
  • Hands-on familiarity with modern AI technologies and workflows, including large language models, prompting strategies, AI-assisted workflows, and human-in-the-loop systems
  • Technical background or demonstrated experience working on technically complex software products
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity and a willingness to define new patterns in areas where the product playbook is still being written
  • Customer-focused attitude
  • Experience working closely with engineering, UX, architecture, data science, and go-to-market teams in a highly collaborative fashion
  • Disciplined approach to execution and follow through
  • Strong product judgment and bias toward action
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment, handling multiple priorities simultaneously and meeting goals and deadlines
  • Superior problem solving and project management skills, including the ability to balance resources and rapidly evaluate and address risk
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal, written, and presentation, with the ability to translate complex AI capabilities and trade-offs into clear, accessible language for executives, customers, and cross-functional partners
  • Experience in staffing or recruiting is strongly preferred
  • Experience in the staffing and recruiting industry is a plus
