[Remote] Talent Acquisition Partner – Business Development & Scientific Operations
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Pharmaron is a global contract research and manufacturing organization (CRO/CDMO) that supports drug discovery through to manufacturing. They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support the growth of their Business Development and Scientific Operations organizations by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment activities from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding
- Partner closely with Scientific Operations and Business Development leaders to understand hiring needs and develop talent acquisition strategies
- Recruit for positions supporting preclinical research, laboratory operations, scientific project management, client services, account management, and business development
- Conduct direct sourcing and headhunting activities to identify and engage passive candidates
- Lead searches for leadership-level positions, including Director, Senior Director, Vice President, and other critical hires
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for scientific, operational, and commercial functions
- Conduct talent mapping, market research, and competitive intelligence to support strategic hiring initiatives
- Advise hiring managers on talent market conditions, compensation trends, and hiring strategies
- Facilitate candidate assessment, interview processes, and offer negotiations
- Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Utilize recruiting metrics and data to improve hiring outcomes and drive continuous process improvement
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 7 years of recruitment experience, including at least 3 years as an internal recruiter
- Proven experience recruiting scientific and technical talent within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences environments
- Hands-on experience with sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume or high-complexity hiring environments
- Experience improving recruitment processes and systems; graduate recruitment experience is a plus
