Global Alliant Inc. is seeking a Technical Project Manager for a remote role that requires US Citizenship and willingness to undergo Federal clearance. The role involves leading project execution using Agile practices, coordinating with stakeholders, managing project documentation, and ensuring alignment with project objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee project execution using Agile delivery practices and iterative planning techniques
  • Serve as the primary coordination point for internal and external stakeholders, including business users, end-user representatives, vendors, and implementation teams
  • Maintain visibility into project risks, open issues, dependencies, and mitigation actions throughout the project lifecycle
  • Monitor and control project scope, budget forecasts, actual expenditures, and approved changes to ensure alignment with project objectives
  • Prepare, update, and manage core project documentation, including overall project plans, communication plans, stakeholder engagement plans, and related supporting plans
  • Define, organize, and maintain the project work structure, task sequencing, timelines, and delivery schedule
  • Track key project checkpoints, deliverables, dependencies, and completion targets to ensure timely progress
  • Facilitate the collection, analysis, and documentation of business, functional, and technical requirements by reviewing existing legacy system capabilities, prior lessons learned, business expectations, and future-state system needs

Skills

  • US Citizenship
  • Willingness to undergo Federal clearance
  • Experience in leading and overseeing project execution using Agile delivery practices
  • Ability to serve as the primary coordination point for internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in maintaining visibility into project risks, open issues, dependencies, and mitigation actions
