They are seeking Account Executives to drive new business and manage relationships with law firms across the U.S., emphasizing building relationships, generating sales pipelines, and closing deals.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify sales opportunities with law firms
  • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing
  • Build relationships with partners, legal operations leaders, and firm administrators
  • Demonstrate Lucio’s platform and articulate the value of AI-powered legal workflows
  • Consistently achieve sales quotas
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasting
  • Collaborate with product and customer teams to ensure successful client adoption

Skills

  • Legal education or legal work experience, combined with sales experience or strong interest in sales
  • Example profiles: 2+ years working in the legal field and now selling a product or service
  • Example profiles: 2–3 years in sales followed by legal education or experience
  • Experience working at a legal technology or legal services company
  • Familiarity with selling solutions to law firms, especially small to mid-sized firms
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-driven and comfortable working in a high-ownership environment
  • Experience with companies in the legal tech ecosystem
  • Existing network within law firms
  • Prior experience working against sales quotas
