[Remote] AI Blockchain Security Engineer

The AI Blockchain Security Engineer will work at the intersection of AI agents, blockchain infrastructure, and offensive security to enhance automated vulnerability discovery and security investigation workflows across Web3 ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Build AI-assisted systems for smart contract security analysis and vulnerability detection
- Research and develop AI agents capable of analyzing smart contracts, protocol logic, and cross-chain transaction flows
- Build internal tooling for automated security investigation, exploit analysis, and threat detection across blockchain ecosystems
- Improve AI reasoning over large codebases, protocol interactions, wallet activity, and complex execution flows
- Collaborate with security researchers, protocol engineers, and infrastructure teams to improve security monitoring and incident response capabilities
- Stay up to date with emerging blockchain attack techniques, AI security trends, and evolving Web3 infrastructure
Skills
- Graduates with degrees in computer science, artificial intelligence, blockchain or security
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: blockchain security, smart contract auditing, and vulnerability research
- Familiarity with blockchain ecosystems, EVM internals, smart contract execution, and transaction lifecycle analysis
- Understanding of common Web3 attack vectors, including: reentrancy attacks, access control vulnerabilities, signature replay attacks, oracle manipulation attacks, and cross-chain bridge exploits
- Familiarity with security concepts such as vulnerability analysis, blockchain security monitoring, attack investigation, or exploit validation
- Experience building AI workflows, retrieval systems, tool-calling agents, or LLM-powered security tools
- Strong analytical mindset with an interest in AI-driven security research and blockchain infrastructure
- Familiarity with blockchain-related cryptographic concepts such as hashing, digital signatures, Merkle trees, MPC, or consensus mechanisms
