[Remote] Senior Performance Growth Operator — Paid Acquisition & Lead Generation

They are seeking a Senior Performance Growth Operator to take ownership of their digital acquisition pipeline, focusing on optimizing their Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts to drive qualified leads and improve revenue outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own & Execute: Take full daily control of campaign architecture, bidding strategies, and optimization across Google Search and Meta
- Fix the Leaks: Diagnose and eliminate immediate bottlenecks, including poor Quality Scores on Google and low contactability/intent on Meta
- Manage the Feedback Loop: Work closely with our CRM and tracking setups to ensure Offline Conversion Tracking (OCT) and Meta Conversions API (CAPI) are accurately feeding sales stage data back to the platforms to retrain the algorithms
- Audit & Rebuild: Ruthlessly audit past agency campaign structures, landing page flows, and audience segments to construct a clean, scalable system
- Coordinate Assets: Guide freelance designers, copywriters, and landing page builders to deploy high-intent, friction-optimized funnels
Skills
- 5+ years of direct, hands-on media buying experience with full ownership of both Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Proven track record in high-ticket B2C lead generation (Financial services, debt, lending, mortgage, insurance, solar, or high-volume call center environments)
- Deep technical comfort with CRM integrations, GTM, custom conversion logic, and leveraging offline conversion data
- A strong understanding of consumer psychology in high-stress financial situations—you know how to write or direct creative that qualifies a user rather than just tricking them into clicking
- Comfortable dealing with compliance-sensitive categories and managing channel platform risk
- Legally authorized to work and permanently residing in one of the following states: California, Arizona, Texas, or Florida
