[Remote] Intern- Sales Operations

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ondaro is seeking a Sales Operations Intern in our Sales Operations Department. This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our sales team, including CRM maintenance and executing on requests from Sales Operations leadership. The intern will also assist with reporting and data pulls to support pipeline reviews and forecasting.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update HubSpot CRM — including data hygiene, contact and deal record management, list segmentation, and pipeline accuracy
  • Build and update sales operations artifacts including process documentation, playbooks, templates, and dashboards
  • Complete ad hoc requests from Sales Operations leaders as well as Marketing leaders with a high degree of accuracy and urgency
  • Assist with reporting and data pulls to support pipeline reviews and forecasting
  • Research and document best practices, competitive insights, and industry trends as needed
  • Support onboarding and offboarding of sales team members in systems and tools
  • Identify and flag process gaps or data inconsistencies in CRM and operational workflows
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required

Skills

  • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior exposure to HubSpot or another CRM platform (a plus, not required)
  • Interest in enterprise software, SaaS, or digital transformation (a plus, not required)
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or enterprise IT services (a plus, not required)
