[Remote] Social Media Specialist & Creator
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Crew Marketing Partners is seeking a Social Media Specialist & Creator to support their US-based clients. This role involves developing and executing social media strategies, creating content, and managing relationships with influencers while contributing to the strategic direction of multiple brands in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing social media strategies aligned with brand voice, business goals, audience insights, and U.S. market dynamics
- Create content directly, including copy, short-form video, and social-first creative assets tailored for food, beverage and CPG
- Develop clear, data-informed creative briefs
- Ideate trend-forward content and support short-form video creation (ie Reels, CapCut)
- Publish and manage content calendars
- Monitor timelines and ensure on-time delivery
- Support paid amplification (Meta, TikTok)
- Engage with audiences across platforms
- Deliver performance reports with actionable insights
- Identify trends, growth opportunities, and strategic recommendations across channels
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve results
- Build and manage relationships with U.S.-based influencers and content creators, including outreach, briefing, feedback, approvals, and campaign coordination
- Ensure influencer and creator content aligns with brand standards, campaign goals, U.S. audience expectations, and platform best practices
- Support influencer campaigns and community management
Skills
- 3+ years in social media, content marketing, or a related field
- Experience developing strategy and managing multi-channel brand accounts in the U.S. market
- Strong hands-on content creation skills (copy, video, and/or design)
- Ability to translate insights and trends into strategic content recommendations
- Familiarity with social tools
- Strong knowledge of Meta and TikTok Ads Manager
- Ability to analyze performance and optimize
- Experience working with U.S.-based influencers, creators, or UGC partners (bonus if within foodservice and/or consumer goods)
- Independent and highly organized
- Strategic but hands-on, with the ability to both plan and produce
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects
- Comfortable working remotely but located in the continental U.S
- Up to date with trends, platform changes, and creator best practices
- Collaborative, low ego, and results-driven
- Confident managing influencer, creator, and client relationships
- Flexible but responds in a timely manner
