[Remote] Solutions Architect - Healthcare

Worldwide Salaried Open

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Movate is a human-centered technology and experience services company specializing in managed IT and customer support services, digital transformation, and AI-powered solutions. As a Solutions Architect for the Healthcare Domain, you will design transformative, technology-led solutions for global healthcare clients, bridging complex healthcare challenges with technical execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the architectural design of end-to-end healthcare solutions during the RFP/RFI process
  • Define the scope of work, technical requirements, and delivery roadmaps while ensuring strict adherence to healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, HITRUST, GDPR)
  • Research and author "Proactive Points of View" (POVs) that anticipate healthcare market shifts
  • Develop "Solution-in-a-Box" concepts (e.g., automated prior authorization, AI patient triage) that can be pitched to prospective clients to spark demand
  • Continuously scout the market for emerging healthcare AI technologies and digital health startups
  • Evaluate and recommend strategic partnerships with medical AI vendors that can be integrated into the Movate ecosystem to enhance our healthcare offering
  • Architect solutions that prioritize Applied AI to solve healthcare-specific problems, such as clinical documentation automation, predictive patient risk scoring, administrative fraud detection, and AI-driven telehealth support
  • Deeply integrate internal Movate platforms and accelerators into the solution fabric to drive cost efficiencies, operational optimization, and differentiated value propositions for healthcare clients
  • Collaborate with sales leaders, clinical delivery teams, and C-level client executives (CMIOs, CIOs, CXOs) to align the technical solution with clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, and financial constraints
  • Develop detailed effort estimates and resource models, focusing on healthcare outcome-based pricing and performance-linked delivery frameworks

Skills

  • Healthcare Industry Knowledge: 10+ years of experience in the healthcare domain, with a deep understanding of payer operations (claims processing, member engagement), provider workflows (EHR integration, patient journeys), and value-based care models
  • Healthcare Regulations & Standards: Solid comprehension of health data standards (HL7, FHIR) and data privacy mandates (HIPAA, HITRUST)
  • Pre-Sales Leadership: Proven track record of structuring multi-million dollar healthcare deals and drafting complex Scopes of Work (SOW) for digital transformation
  • Architectural Frameworks: Experience with microservices, API-first designs, and secure cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) tailored for protected health information (PHI)
  • AI/ML Proficiency: Ability to architect solutions within a healthcare delivery context
  • Platform Integration: Skilled at mapping major healthcare platforms (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Salesforce Health Cloud) with proprietary internal accelerators
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to pivot from complex clinical/business healthcare strategies to granular technical execution
  • Communication: Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to 'sell' a highly technical and compliant vision to non-technical and medical stakeholders
  • Experience with global delivery models and large-scale digital transformation projects within hospital systems or insurance enterprises
  • Background in healthcare consulting or working within a high-growth health-tech services environment
  • Relevant certifications in Cloud Architecture (with a healthcare focus) or AI/ML specializations
