[Remote] Customer Service Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Murtech Staffing & Solutions is a company dedicated to improving lives through better sleep. As a Sleep Apnea Coach, you'll be responsible for guiding patients through their sleep therapy journey by providing expert coaching, education, and support to enhance patient compliance and health outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert coaching and compassionate support to sleep apnea patients throughout their treatment
- Educate patients about their therapy equipment, usage, and benefits to encourage adherence and engagement
- Communicate with patients across various platforms (phone, email, video, etc.) to ensure consistent, high-quality interaction
- Monitor patient progress using cloud-based systems and offer tailored solutions to address challenges
- Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback and collaborating with the team
- Represent our brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and integrity in every interaction
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer skills, and written/oral communication skills
- Experience working remotely
- Familiarity with cloud-based systems such as AirView, Care Orchestrator, and iCodeConnect
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
