If you’re looking for big challenges, awesome teammates and a place to grow fast while having fun — you’ll fit right in! 🌍 Operations Acquisition Specialist - SEO & YouTube We’re looking for a full-time Operations Acquisition Specialist - SEO & YouTube to join our Admin team. 🎯 What You’ll Do You'll help execute and maintain non-conventional organic acquisition strategies. This is an operational role: you get your hands dirty, you learn fast, you document what works. Alongside that, you'll be made available to existing teams as operational and technical support - whether that means unblocking a problem, automating a repetitive task, or strengthening an existing process. You work cross-functionally, not in a silo. Acquisition & Execution Create and manage YouTube and Google accounts following our established processes; Monitor and maintain ranking signals (engagement, watch time, backlinks); Apply team-defined methods and flag what isn't working; Test new variations and document results; Infrastructure & Operations Use and maintain our technical stack: proxies, profile management, and account verification; Solve day-to-day operational issues: suspensions, detection, and access; Automate repetitive tasks (n8n, Make, simple scripts); Manage account creation and maintenance workflows. Team Support Step in as technical support for existing teams as needed; Help resolve operational blockers (tools, access, automations); Contribute to collective skill-building around tools and processes. Process & Documentation Document methods as clear, reproducible SOPs; Keep tracking sheets and activity reports up to date; Suggest improvements to existing processes. 🎯What We’re Looking For Must-haves: Genuine curiosity about how platforms (YouTube, Google) work beyond standard usage; Comfortable with technical tools: extensions, automations, tool configuration; You understand - or want to understand - proxies, browser profiles, antibot systems; Rigorous in execution: you follow a process to the letter and document as you go; Self-sufficient - you don't wait to be unblocked, you figure it out first; Fluent in English (international environment). Nice to have: Personal experience in SEO, YouTube, or traffic acquisition (even side projects); Experience with n8n, Make, or any automation tool; Familiarity with iGaming, gambling, or other competitive verticals. What we're NOT looking for: A pure "growth marketer" background with Ads and analytics dashboards; Someone who needs a highly structured environment to move forward; A theorist - we want someone who does, tests, and reports back.
