Automation Tester (Playwrigth, Typescript, Salesforce)

Responsibilities
- Design and execute functional tests on Salesforce-based applications (Sales, Service, and LWC components).
- Build and maintain test automation using Playwright with TypeScript and Node.js.
- Design test cases under the BDD approach to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Manage repositories, pipelines, and artifacts in Azure DevOps to ensure a continuous integration and delivery cycle.
- Build and execute SQL database objects and queries (DDL, DML, views, and stored procedures) for data validation.
- Utilize AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot and Gemini to expedite the generation and review of test scripts.
- Participate in support teams by executing tests in production releases, regression tests, exploratory tests, and risk-based tests.
Requirements
- Education: Graduated professional or final-semester student in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Experience: Demonstrable experience in functional and automated testing, specifically working with the Salesforce ecosystem, developing TypeScript scripts, and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Language: English B2 or higher.
- Technical Knowledge: Test Automation: Playwright, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Programming: Strong knowledge of JavaScript.
- Salesforce: Sales, Service, LWC, and management of sandbox setup (object creation and field verification).
- Azure DevOps: Repository, Pipelines, and Artifacts.
- SQL Databases: DDL and DML statements, creation of views and stored procedures.
- AI Tools: Use of GitHub Copilot and Gemini for test code optimization.
- QA Methodologies: BDD approach, incident reporting, and risk-based testing strategies.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with SAP applications (Ariba, S/4HANA) and the PeopleSoft ERP.
