About your role Senior Solutions Consultants are some of the most consequential people in our sales motion. You're the technical authority on our most complex, high-stakes deals — the person prospects trust to understand their world and prove that Juniper Square can transform it. You'll partner with Account Executives across strategic pursuits, lead discovery that goes well beneath the surface, and build proof of concepts that make the abstract concrete. You'll also play an outsized role in shaping what we build next — synthesizing market signals and translating them into product direction. You'll report to our Director of Solutions Consulting, who brings 15+ years of technical selling experience across finance and SaaS.

What You'll Do

Lead deep discovery to map how prospects manage fund structures, data flows, and investor operations — and build the case for exactly where Juniper Square creates leverage Deliver tailored, high-conviction demos to technical and executive audiences, in-person and virtually, centering on business outcomes Build proof of concepts that mirror prospect realities with precision — fund structures, performance behaviors, investor workflows — so the path forward is unmistakable Command complex objections with fluency, often in real time and without a net Own RFP responses that give us a clear edge Maintain deep fluency in our product roadmap so you can sell on vision as confidently as current functionality Be the commercial voice in product and go-to-market conversations — translating what prospects need into what we build and how we bring it to market What We're Looking For 7–10+ years in private markets, financial technology, or solutions consulting — you have genuine depth in how GPs and their operations teams work In-depth knowledge of private equity, venture capital, and real assets; private credit operations experience is a meaningful differentiator A relentless problem-solver — you get to the root of prospect challenges and don't let go Exceptional communication skills across the full range: executive storytelling, technical depth, written precision Low ego, high standards Comfortable with frequent travel (at least once a month) and an environment that moves fast and changes often

Compensation

Compensation for this position includes a base salary, commissions, equity, and a variety of benefits. The U.S. base salary target for this role is $145,000. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
