A Day in the Life of a Full-Time Remote Customer Service Representative

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional contact center services to our clients. You'll work with various people, including healthcare providers, patients, pharmacists, and medical office personnel, to resolve their inquiries and concerns. You'll be trained on multiple client programs and will transition between various ones throughout your day. You'll receive incoming inquiries and will also reach out to clients by phone, email, or chat to provide support and assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including healthcare providers, patients, pharmacists, and medical office personnel

  • Work with various people to resolve their inquiries and concerns
  • Transition between multiple client programs throughout the day
  • Receive incoming inquiries and reach out to clients by phone, email, or chat to provide support and assistance
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all client interactions
  • Utilize strong listening skills to understand client needs and concerns
  • Provide empathetic and professional support to clients in a variety of situations

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • One year of customer service or call center experience
  • Ability to pronounce and display a working knowledge of basic medical terms
  • Ability to work in a quiet and private work-from-home environment where high-speed internet is maintained
  • Computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows / Office
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Excellent customer service skills

Full-Time Contact Center Work Schedule:

* Full-time employees can expect to work 38-40 hours per week

  • At least one weekend day is required
  • Flexible work schedules are available to accommodate various needs and preferences
  • Work-from-home environment with high-speed internet and a quiet and private workspace
