Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team on a remote, part-time basis. As a Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions, developing and maintaining databases, and providing data-driven insights to support business growth. Key Responsibilities
* Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain databases to support business growth
- Provide data-driven insights to support business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with research partners and external vendors
- Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, including business leaders and external partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a business or entertainment industry setting
- Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to extract and join data from various sources
- Strong quantitative thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create clear and concise visualizations
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with data handling tools, such as SPSS, Q, or MarketSight
- Experience with survey tools, such as Translate, Qualtrics, or SurveyMonkey
- Experience working with large datasets and big data technologies, such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar
- Knowledge of R, Python, SAS, STATA, or similar programming languages
- Postgraduate education in Statistical Analysis or Measurement
- Quantitative analysis background, either provider-side or client-side
- Experience with analyzing survey data to extract meaningful insights
- Experience with membership-based plans of action and procedures
