Job Summary:

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for reviewing and correcting eligibility records to ensure they align with our enrollment package records. This role involves working with shared mailboxes and work queues, resolving issues from various regions within the company, and collaborating with internal and external teams to resolve problems. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities will be essential in delivering high-quality results and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Review and correct eligibility records to ensure accuracy and consistency with enrollment package records

• Work with shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve issues from various regions within the company
• Analyze and resolve discrepancies between systems, including eligibility records and enrollment package records
• Monitor and track records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve problems and improve processes
• Develop and maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and systems
• Provide excellent customer service and communication to internal and external stakeholders

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in data analysis and entry, preferably in the healthcare industry

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to work effectively with internal and external teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in the healthcare industry, with knowledge of healthcare regulations and policies

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software systems
• Certification in data analysis, medical coding, or a related field

Education:

* High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
