Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Participating in National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Market Research studies
• Providing detailed feedback on your panel experience through written surveys
• Using provided products and/or services to accomplish the intended purpose
• Being an active participant in discussions, using your insights and perspectives to contribute to the conversation
• Ensuring that you're present at the meeting place 10 minutes beforehand to commence the discussion on time
• Executing written and oral directives as provided
• Using your smartphone with a functional camera or desktop or laptop with a functioning webcam to participate in online discussions
• Having access to a high-speed internet connection to participate in online discussions

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• A smartphone with a functional camera or a desktop or laptop with a functioning webcam
• Access to a high-speed internet connection
• The ability to actively involve yourself in discussions and provide thoughtful feedback
• The talent to discern and conform to oral and written directives
• Formal experience as a customer service representative agent is not a requirement, but previous experience as a Data Entry Assistant is not mandatory
