Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support
  • Resolving client cases in a timely and professional manner

Key Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Compensation and Benefits:

Computer Requirements:

To work from home, you will need to meet the following computer requirements:

  • Operating System (OS): Windows 10 or higher (must be native & activated) OR MacOS (Latest version required & the Mac itself must be no more than 5 years old)
  • Processor: 2 Core processor needs a 2.0 GHz minimum clock speed OR 4 Core processor needs a 1.6 GHz minimum clock speed
  • RAM: 3GB or higher
  • Monitor Size: At least one 15 or larger monitor (more than one will make things easier)
