What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle and adjust Auto Physical Damage claims for commercial transportation
- Review coverage, investigate claims, determine liability, and evaluate damages
- Manage claim files to ensure accurate documentation and timely resolution
- Oversee litigated claims and support the litigation process
- Coordinate with vendors, including independent adjusters
- Identify subrogation opportunities and assist with salvage recovery
- Communicate clearly with insureds, clients, agents, and brokers
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of claims experience (commercial transportation preferred)
- Strong understanding of coverage, liability, and claims handling practices
- Experience with estimating tools like CCC or AdjustRite is a plus
- Familiarity with deductibles, sub-limits, and SIRs
- Ability to obtain and maintain state adjuster licenses

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and claims systems (FileTrac a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple claims and meet deadlines
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
