Our mission is simple: Deliver elite service and dominate our market The Role: Territory Sales Closer Your ONLY job is to generate and close new business. You will
- Work residential neighborhoods (door-to-door + warm leads)
- Close pest, termite, rodent exclusion, mosquito, and lawn programs
- Build and dominate assigned territories
- Follow a proven sales system
You will NOT:
- Perform pest control services
- Handle customer service issues
- Get bogged down in admin work
You SELL. We handle the rest. Compensation (Uncapped)
- Base Pay: $3,000/month
- Commission: 10% of total contract value
- Performance Bonuses:
- $20K/month → +1%
- $30K/month → +2%
- $40K/month → +3%
Top reps earn $120K–$250K+ annually What Success Looks Like
- $25K–$40K+ in new monthly revenue sold
- 20–40 daily customer conversations
- High close rate on warm opportunities
- Multiple services per customer (bundle selling)
