Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Call Center Customer Service Representative (REMOTE) to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences. Responsibilities
As a Call Center Customer Service Representative (REMOTE), you will be responsible for:
- Processing orders, quoting, and helping team members work their overflow
- Running reports in SAP and working collaboratively with the team
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Helping with debits, credits, and tracking shipments
- Collaborating with our team to ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Providing follow-up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience with SAP (Data Entry, quoting) and Office 365
- Self-motivation and a team-oriented approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively
- Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service-related experience required
Preferred Qualifications
* Microsoft Excel experience
- S/4 Hana experience
