Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative in our National Campaigns Unit, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to shareholders through inbound, outbound, and email responses. You'll work closely with our internal clients to develop and implement effective shareholder communications strategies that drive business results. This is a fully remote position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to shareholders through inbound, outbound, and email responses

  • Develop and implement effective shareholder communications strategies in collaboration with internal clients
  • Respond to shareholder inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with shareholders and internal clients
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in shareholder communications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED required

  • 6-7 months of call center, customer service experience
  • Good speaking voice and ability to communicate effectively with shareholders and internal clients
  • Ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar role or industry

  • Familiarity with shareholder communications and proxy solicitation
  • Strong knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and spelling
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills

Equipment Requirements

* Windows 10 or 11 (no Lenex, Chrome, MAC, etc.)

  • USB headsets (no wireless)
  • Dual monitors (benefited but not required)
  • Ability to come off mute when called on and participate in chat when asked to complete a task
  • Internet Speed: 50 download/ 10 upload

Pay and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate: $20.00 - $20.00
