We're growing rapidly, and we're looking for a self-motivated, flexible, and team-oriented individual to join our VUE (arenaflex Underwriting Experience) Team as a work-from-home Customer Service Representative. As a CSR, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences through inbound phone calls, troubleshooting, and policy inquiries.

Essential Functions:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Obtaining and maintaining your Property and Casualty License
  • Working independently, taking initiative, and working with minimal supervision
  • Maintaining regular and timely attendance
  • Making decisions, problem-solving, and upholding an ethical standard
  • Managing individual stress and composure
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A designated workspace and reliable internet connection for working from home
  • The ability to pass a background check
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office or G-Suite
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
