Your Role

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers at arenaflex. You'll have ownership over resolving escalated or complex calls from customers, providing answers, consulting on products with compassion, and resolving issues with a smile. Your passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind will shine through in every interaction.

A Typical Day

* Answer incoming communications from customers in Spanish and English

  • Conduct research to provide answers and resolve customer issues
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

What You Bring to the Role

* 6 months or more of customer service experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Computer experience and high-speed internet (>15 mbps)
  • Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge
