Job Responsibilities

As a Business Analytics Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of analysts who will investigate data and processes to gain insights that improve our customer support business. Your team will focus on identifying opportunities to drive efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and inform business decisions. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading a team of analysts: You'll be responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of analysts to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
• Analyzing data and processes: You'll work with your team to investigate data and processes to gain insights that inform business decisions and drive improvements.
• Communicating complex ideas: You'll need to be able to communicate complex ideas and results to senior leaders and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Driving business growth: You'll work with your team to identify opportunities to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams: You'll need to be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.

Education and Experience

To be considered for this role, you'll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field: You'll need to have a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
• Master's degree in a related field: A master's degree in a related field, such as business analytics or data science, is highly desirable.
• 3+ years of experience in analytics: You'll need to have at least 3 years of experience in analytics, with a focus on business analytics or data science.
• Experience with SQL and Python: You'll need to have experience with SQL and Python, as well as other programming languages.
• Experience with data visualization tools: You'll need to have experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
