Key Responsibilities:

* Provide comprehensive assistance to clients regarding benefit programs, including: + Answering questions and addressing concerns related to employee benefits and related products/services + Supporting clients in filing claims and setting up direct deposits + Updating and maintaining client demographic information + Capturing and advising on plan elections + Conducting provider searches and enrolling dependents + Acting as a liaison for escalated issues

• Manage a high volume of calls, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client inquiries
• Maintain detailed call logs, tracking client interactions and issues
• Participate in outreach campaigns, promoting arenaflex services and products to our clients
• Collaborate with account specialists to address pending eligibility issues and resolve complex client concerns

Requirements:

* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English

• Basic understanding of employee benefits and related products/services
• Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly
• Experience with office equipment and technologies
• Capability to manage high call volumes and prioritize tasks effectively

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a benefits or insurance-related field

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) fluency, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention

Preferred Qualifications:
