Your Seat at the Table:

As a Part Time Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring our customers receive the support they need. If you're passionate about:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Providing a positive and personalized experience with each interaction
  • Researching and answering customer lead inquiries, service issues, product information inquiries, and orders
  • Capturing warranty data and entering customer orders for product and replacement parts and accessories
  • Entering customer orders for returned merchandise and authorizing refunds, as necessary
  • Resolving shipping and order status issues and requesting payments from customers regarding outstanding invoices
  • Performing outbound calls to customers regarding ship dates, refunds, payments, and product delivery or service of product
  • Entering orders from customer/sales staff as required for backup
  • Managing escalation situations and providing solutions to complex problems

Requirements:

We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of customer service experience
  • Fluency in Spanish (required)
  • Experience with warranty management (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in customer records management, word processing, database, and email software
