As a Customer Service Specialist in our Government and Corporate Affairs team, you'll play a vital role in promoting and selling air travel on arenaflex, while providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to delivering outstanding results, building strong relationships, and making a real difference in the lives of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell air travel on arenaflex to government and corporate clients
  • Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets
  • Answer inquiries regarding general travel information and resolve customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner
  • Communicate with customers over the phone to research passenger complaints, advise of cancelled or delayed flights, and communicate new rules, policies, and procedures that affect the customer
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive, professional, and memorable

What You'll Need for Success

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills
  • Knowledge of Native SABRE
  • Ability to be resourceful and creative in problem resolution
  • High level of initiative, good judgment, and dependability
  • Satisfactory attendance required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Knowledge of the aviation industry and its regulations
  • Fluency in multiple languages
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
