Responsibilities
As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for: - Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services - Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments - Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review - Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review - Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services - Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need: - Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it is highly preferred) - Basic internet and window-based computer skills - Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a plus - Positive and professional demeanor - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Requirements
- Must be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily - Able to attend 4 weeks of training full-time, Tuesday - Saturday, between the hours of 10:00AM - 6:30PM CST - Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week - Flexible scheduling after completion of training - Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred - Positive and professional demeanor
