Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our sales team to drive sales growth, upsell, and cross-sell products. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential in building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to customers to drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve product knowledge and customer service skills
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a customer-facing role in a sales or retail environment

  • Knowledge of shipping, packaging, and business products
