Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment. You'll communicate with customers through phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and online ordering process. We'll equip you with the knowledge and skills to become a product and solutions expert, enabling you to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions confidently.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers through phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering process
• Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using software applications

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment

• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
• Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
