Job Summary

As a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience that's both personalized and supportive. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer accounts, and providing technical support to help customers navigate the complexities of health insurance enrollment. Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to deliver an exceptional customer experience - Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to resolve issues and answer questions - Enter application data accurately and efficiently to ensure seamless customer experience - Participate in online chat inquiries as assigned to provide timely and effective support - Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance and quality - Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues - Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates - Manage time and tasks effectively to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines - Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to develop skills and knowledge - Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels

Qualifications

- Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in CRM systems and practices - High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing systems - High level of professionalism, including excellent verbal and written communication skills - Comfortable working from home with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace - Self-motivated and success-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles is a plus - Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act is a plus - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus - Spanish Bilingual is a plus

Compensation and Benefits
