We're seeking experienced Customer Care Representatives to join our 2nd shift and weekend team. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be working with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email to create raving fans for arenaflex every single day.   • *Key Responsibilities**

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a empathetic and solution-focused manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer care skills and knowledge
  • *Schedule and Work Environment**

• 4-day weekend shift schedule: Saturday (12:30pm-11pm Eastern time), Sunday (9am-7:30pm Eastern time), Monday (10-hour shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time), and Tuesday (10-hour shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time)

  • Flexible schedule with 10-hour shifts per day
  • Hybrid and remote work opportunities available for qualified candidates
  • arenaflex will provide all necessary equipment, but you'll need to provide a secure and quiet work environment with a strong Internet connection
  • *Compensation and Benefits**

• Competitive hourly rate: $16.00/hour with a $1/hour increase after 60-day provisional period

  • Quarterly bonus opportunities

  • *Essential Qualifications**

• 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer care tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • *Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Knowledge of the lighting industry and arenaflex products
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
